What Working With Us Looks Like

Meetings take place with vetted clients in 4–5 star hotels. Most bookings last between one and four to five hours and may include dinners or overnight stays. Some regular clients also invite models to accompany them on trips, holidays, or business travel.

You receive a fixed rate from USD 200 per hour, clearly stated in your contract. All tips and additional payments are yours. The average workload is 18–25 hours per week, around 24–25 working days per month, with a maximum of three to four bookings per day. There is always at least one day off per week. There is no rigid schedule, but meetings usually take place between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

Over time, you build a base of regular clients, your income grows, and you receive gifts and travel invitations. So after a few trips, your work becomes increasingly comfortable and predictable.

We do not offer opportunities for one-off visits, only regular trips. You come to Dubai for a month, live in a vibrant and inspiring environment, and return home feeling renewed.

After each stay, many models leave with improved fitness from the gym and pool in their building, a healthy tan, and greater confidence. Their suitcases often contain their first luxury purchases — Prada, Dior, quality skincare, and items that once felt out of reach.

At home, you live on your own terms: without rushing back to work, with time to rest, recover, and travel. This is time for yourself — for a life built around comfort and freedom of choice.

Then you return to Dubai for new experiences, restaurants, gifts, and memories.

Over time, your goals grow. After several trips, many are able to purchase a car, and within two to three years, even bigger investments, like a mortgage deposit (depending on your place of residence).

Financing Your Trip

We prefer that models cover their own flights and accommodation. This is not a formality — it is a matter of your safety and independence.

When an agency pays for a trip, hidden “debts,” fines, and inflated expenses often appear. As a result, a woman becomes dependent: pressured to work more, accept unsafe conditions, and unable to leave when she chooses. We do not operate under this model.

Self-funding gives you full control over your time, income, and lifestyle in Dubai.

In exceptional cases, if a candidate is genuinely promising, has our full trust, and her only barrier to joining us is a financial one, we are able to extend a loan to fully finance her trip. Such decisions are made individually and depend on appearance, age, and personal qualities of the candidate.

We invest in every woman we work with — including professional photo shoots — and support only those in whom we see strong potential and serious commitment to success.

How long do models usually stay with the agency?

Many models work with us for around 2–3 years. This typically becomes an enjoyable, well-supported chapter that they eventually outgrow as they pursue other goals—an exit we consider a success.
