Welcome to Fleur Agency. By accessing or using our website (www.fleur-agency.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before browsing.

1. The Agency as an Intermediary

Fleur Agency operates solely as an introduction and placement agency. All models featured on our website act independently. Our role is strictly limited to introducing clients and models and facilitating communication between the parties.

Once a booking is confirmed, any agreement is formed exclusively between the client and the model. Fleur Agency is not a party to this agreement and does not provide companionship services itself. We receive a commission from the model for our intermediary services and do not charge clients a separate agency fee.

Where payment is made through Fleur Agency, we are authorised to accept payment on behalf of the model and hold a money collection authorisation for this purpose.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for a booking is made directly to the model in cash at the start of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cryptocurrency payments may be accepted only if agreed upon prior to the booking and received in full before the commencement of the appointment. Accepted payment methods and any related terms will be confirmed during the booking process.

If you require an invoice, this must be requested in advance so the model can be informed accordingly.

3. Deposits

In certain circumstances, a deposit may be required. This may include longer engagements, advance bookings, or arrangements involving higher travel or accommodation expenses.

Any required deposit will be agreed upon individually in advance, confirmed in writing, and paid via bank transfer or another agreed method. Fleur Agency will inform you clearly if a deposit is required prior to confirming a booking.r

4. Refunds in Case of Cancellation

If you cancel a booking for which a deposit has been paid more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be refunded in full, provided no expenses have been incurred by the model or the agency. Any pre-paid travel or related costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund.

If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be retained as credit toward a future booking with the same model. This credit must be used within two months of the original appointment date, after which it will expire. In the case of a same-day cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a compensation fee.

In the unlikely event that a model must cancel a booking, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

5. Refunds in Case of Early Termination

As Fleur Agency accepts payments solely as an intermediary on behalf of the model, refunds for early termination of an appointment are generally not possible.

In the rare event that termination is considered necessary due to the model’s conduct, you may contact Fleur Agency directly. We will review the matter carefully and, at our discretion, seek to find a reasonable and appropriate resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fleur Agency’s liability is strictly limited to its role as an introduction and intermediary service. We make no guarantees regarding the conduct, actions, availability, or performance of any model introduced through our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fleur Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with any booking, appointment, or interaction between a client and a model.

Fleur Agency shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred during or as a result of any appointment, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or financial loss. Clients engage with models entirely at their own discretion and risk.

7. Compliance with UAE Laws

All services provided through Fleur Agency are intended solely for lawful social companionship and introduction purposes. Fleur Agency does not promote, arrange, or facilitate any activity that is unlawful under the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Clients and models are solely responsible for ensuring that their conduct complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and cultural standards while using our services. Fleur Agency assumes no responsibility for any actions taken by clients or models that may contravene UAE law.

8. Amendments

Fleur Agency reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
